The iBox is intended to be used in conjunction with shower controls produced by Hansgrohe. It is made in a way where all the installation components of your showering space are hidden behind the shower control in the wall. This provides a streamlined look to your bathroom space giving it a clean and modern feel, while still providing an excellent showering experience. The iBox acts as the housing for all the plumbing to be set within its circular structure. It is an ideal choice for when you or your contractor has yet to decide on the water system that will be chosen as the iBox can be installed independently.

To keep delivery costs as low as possible we calculate cost of delivery per order and not per item. The following is a breakdown of the typical costs of delivery when you order from us. Where an item does not qualify for free delivery the following costs are applied: Small Items - 7- £10 | Large Items within M25 [Shower Glass, Baths, Toilets, Washbasins, Furniture] - £28 | Delivery Outside M25 Radius - £40. Please note that delivery times indicated are merely estimates assuming items are in stock with our suppliers as we do not hold direct stock of products. Therefore we strongly advise scheduling any building work after receiving delivery of your order. You can contact us directly to get specific delivery dates for items before placing your order.
Returns
If you decide to cancel your purchase with us before your goods have been dispatched then a full refund including any relevant delivery charges will be credited to you using your original payment method. If you have however received delivery of goods but would like to return them, you have a right to return your order up to 10 days after receiving delivery. It is important to note that the delivery charge will not be refunded in this instance and a 25% restocking fee will be applied against the total order value. Before processing a return we would ask you to e-mail us at returns@indesignbathrooms.com with images of the goods that you would like to return. The goods must be in their original condition and packaging, show no signs of attempted installation and be in a saleable condition. A refund will not be applied to goods that show signs of attempted installation whether or not in original packaging. You are required to arrange for the returns delivery at your own expense and risk, if you require further information please refer to our terms and conditions.
